• Achieving Shine: Apply a latex-specific polishing agent for a professional high-gloss finish.

• Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and contact with copper, brass, or oils to prevent staining.

Optional Chlorination Treatment: We offer an optional Chlorination process for this collar. This treatment chemically alters the surface of the latex to eliminate stickiness, making it silky-smooth to the touch and significantly easier to put on without the need for additional lubricants.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns

We have a 30-day calendar days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 30 days by since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
